Most likely a European ring as not an English style piece, probably Austrian
Not marked but tests as solid 9ct gold
The stones are testing as spinel/topaz, they are very pale green in colour with some surface wear, please note that one has been replaced as its a darker green. The photos show the colour to be more obvious than it is under natural light as it's taken under LED to show which is the replacement
When wearing the ring, the replacement stone/glass is hardly noticeable.
Ring face is 16 x 13 mm in size

Excellent condition for its age
Ultrasonically cleaned and professionally re-polished.
