Easy Returns
If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a full refund of the original purchase price. You can email us at shop@dobsonfinejewellery.co.uk or use the contact form below.
Return Instructions
Please return your item using guaranteed Special Delivery with Royal Mail (which includes insurance and tracking) to ensure it reaches us safely. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for items sent via uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be processed once we have received your returned item.
All unwanted items must be returned in the same undamaged, unused, and resaleable condition in which they were originally shipped, in order to be eligible for a refund. If an item has been worn and requires cleaning (e.g., earrings), a £5 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that once a ring has been resized or altered on your behalf before shipping, it is no longer eligible for return.
All items are sold as seen, with transparent condition reports, descriptions, and images. While we cannot be held responsible for previous wear and tear for pre-owned items, each piece is carefully selected to ensure it is in good, wearable condition (e.g., securely set stones). If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. Should a pre-owned jewellery item break under normal use, we can help arrange a repair quote.
