Easy Returns

If you wish to return your item for any kind of reason then simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price only.

Please return your item using guaranteed special delivery with royal mail (comes with insurance and tracking) to ensure it gets back to us safely.

Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

We must receive your return before any refund shall be processed.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.

If an item has been worn and needs cleaning, i.e. earrings, then a £5 cleaning service charge will be deducted from your original purchase price.

Please be aware that once a ring has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return. This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns Information

For brand-new Investment Bars/coins received in sealed packets, we can accept returns within the usual 14-day period, provided they are returned in their original, sealed packaging.

If the item has been unsealed or tampered with in any way at all, the item will be non-refundable. All our products are checked using XRF.


1. All our items are sold as seen with transparent condition reports descriptions and images. We cannot be held liable for the extent of previous wear and tear which is why all pieces are carefully selected to ensure they are in good wearable condition such as securely set stones to ensure they can continue to be loved and used . But if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know.


2. It’s important that any unwanted item/s are returned in a re-saleable condition and that they are both are undamaged and unused.

3. Please note that all pre-owned items are sold as seen. However, should an item of jewellery break in the normal course of its use, we will be happy to try and arrange a quote for you for its repair.


We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:
• Products which have been personalised for you.
• Products that have been made/resized or altered to order.
