We can arrange a flexible payment plan for any piece you wish to purchase over a number of weeks or months.  Most customers opt for three equal payments over three months. We set it up on a PayPal invoice, and all of our usual terms apply.

Please note: The initial 10% deposit of the invoice total is non refundable in case of cancellation or on return of goods once you have received them.

 Yes, all our pieces of jewellery are supplied in a Dobson fine jewellery branded gift box so you don’t need to purchase this separately if buying as a gift.

If you've purchased a ring that
does not fit you we would recommend taking it to a reputable jeweller, most larger towns will have a jeweller or a goldsmith. They will be able to advise you on whether the item can be sized to fit you correctly.

Always go in person so that the jeweller may complete a professional ring fitting first to ensure that it is correct upon alteration.

Please expect the jeweller to charge a small fee for this service.

If the item cannot be sized, or you wish to return it please do so within 14 working days for a full refund.

You are liable to pay the relevant import tax/duty upon delivery of your purchase

In many countries, import tax/duty does not apply when purchasing antiques aged over 100 years old. We will therefore declare these items as ‘antique’, providing a signed and dated Antique Declaration.

Please be aware that you may still beliable to pay local tax/duty or
handling fees on imported goods.

providing you with the relevant rates.

We test ALL metals and precious stones before listing on our site.

All items of precious metal are professionally authenticated and tested using XRF analysers (x-ray florescence) for pieces which may have lost their markings due to wear or being handmade to order like many antique pieces.

The most accurate way is to visit a jewellers and be professionally measured.
