Watch Warranty
All watches purchased directly from Dobson Fine Jewellery Ltd come with a 12-month comprehensive watch warranty, which is valid from the date of purchase.
We understand the importance of having a watch warranty and if through no fault of your own the watch stops working correctly, we will promptly repair any defect covered by the warranty free of charge.
The watch warranty is in addition to your statutory and common law rights. Only mechanical and manufacturing faults are covered by the warranty.
Exclusions – the following are not covered by our guarantee:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by accident, mishandling or misuse (including drops)
- Wear of the watch strap
- Water damage caused by submersion into water inconsistent with the brand manufacturer’s guidelines
- Damage to the glass component
- Loss of stones or colouring
- Theft or loss of the watch
When claiming against your warranty, the watch must be delivered by post or in person to our store; Trentham Jewellery Centre. For your safety we recommend that you insure the posted item.
When you make a claim, we’ll need your:
- Confirmation receipt or;
- Order number and;
- Full name
