The Rolex Air-King is a staple of British History, initially released in 1945 by Hans Wilsdorf to honour the fallen RAF Pilots of WW2 this watch has lasted through the years to become known as a durable and reliable piece of engineering. This vintage piece, manufactured in 1959, features a fantastic silver colour factory original dial, a new handmade brown ostrich leather strap and a jumbo 36mm case size.

Condition: Being more than 6 decades old this Air-King has some very minor scratches dotted infrequently around the casing which can be attributed to its long life. The Watches condition is, quite frankly, of an impressively high standard and it is clear that any previous owners took great care in the use of this watch.
It has also just received a recent professional full service (and light polish to retain its character)
The dial has some blemishes but is a fantastic colour and has not been repainted or changed like most.
