Beautiful quality antique 8ct sardonyx signet ring from the late 19th century

Marked for '333' 8ct gold on the shank and professionally tested as such also.

The ring shank is of very good thickness and not weak or thin, it is a top quality handmade bezel setting with recessed shoulders and a banded shank also.

Set with a large 15 x 11mm polished white Sardonyx fronted stone with hand engraved family crest/emblem

Condition:
Excellent condition and has a lovely light yellow gold hue. It has been lightly polished and ultrasonically cleaned so very original.
(There is a period resize mark on the back of the shank)
