Circa 1800
Mounted in base metal with an unmarked ( but tested) 9ct gold hand tooled bezel frame
Black dot was a common georgian technique to make the paste look like a natural stone with an inclusion.

Condition:
very good for its age, some patina behind the stones but all good colour match
