A very attractive Rolex 1603 oyster perpetual Datejust.

This is in really good condition for its age with a beautiful clean pie pan dial.

A very recognisable and stylish wristwatch ideal for a  small/medium gents or ladies wrist. 

This poster boy rolex is a prime example of an iconic design that has kept its popularity since its first appearance in 1945 to present day.

Full set complete with original box + booklet + original papers and fact sheets & original swing tag with the serial number still readable! Very impressive to have all these kept together for nearly 50 years!

Bracelet: folded steel jubilee bracelet on 18 links ( would fit upto a 6 + 1/2 inch wrist at most but ideally suited to a 6 +1/4 inch wrist) original '55' end links

Overall watch condition:

This is a stunning watch as it's has all original papers/documents and box etc.

The crystal is Immaculate, dial is perfect, the case and bracelet have general wear as expected. Bracelet has has a few links taken out and possibly repinned as there is little stretch unlike some examples.

Clasp is strong, rolex crown on the buckle is still crisp and not over worn.

The watch is keeping great time and date changes perfectly. This early model with a 'slow set date' so you will need to manually wind the hands until the correct date is reached then best to leave on a watch winder if not wearing everyday.

The box has some wear as expected.

 In demand to collectors and also an ideal first rolex purchase due to it being such an easy wear, not fussy and with having all the paperwork it will outperform other examples of this range as an investment.
