Featuring the classic black dial with three chronograph registers, contrasting white detailing and fixed tachymeter bezel, this piece carries the unmistakable utilitarian design that has defined the Speedmaster Professional for generations.

The 42mm stainless steel case gives the watch its traditional Moonwatch proportions, while the Hesalite crystal adds the warmth and character associated with vintage Speedmaster models. At its heart is Omega’s manually wound Calibre 861 chronograph movement, introduced as the successor to the Calibre 321 and becoming one of the defining movements of the long-running Speedmaster Professional family.

Condition

Presented in good vintage pre-owned condition, retaining the character expected from an Omega Speedmaster Professional of this age.

The black dial remains clean and highly legible, while the stainless steel case and classic Moonwatch details present beautifully. As a vintage timepiece, some signs of previous wear and age should naturally be expected and form part of the character of the watch.

The hands have some damage noted to the centre pin of the watch, these are believed to be original and not replacement,  as such a collector would normally rather see this which is more inkeeping with the age of this watch

The watch is accompanied by a particularly extensive selection of genuine Omega accessories and presentation pieces. For complete transparency, these are later genuine Omega items and were not originally supplied with this individual watch,  but make it much more presentable
