A beautiful late Georgian/early Victorian 9ct semi rose gold cased fob seal
This has a hand carved seal in a polished carnelian base ( for sealing the wax on a letter)
The seal has initials and a Latin inscription
These look great when worn as a pendant or fob on a watch chain
Condition:
Fantastic and perfect condition with no damage
Ultrasonically cleaned and polished
Materials:
9ct semi rose gold case ( in between rose and yellow gold colour)
The frame is gold cased (similar to back and front) this means its not solid gold all the way through but it's thin 9ct gold sheet applied to a metal frame.
Weight= 12.8 grams
Size:
Bail/hoop has an internal diameter if 5.3mm round.
