Amazing quality French 18ct gold bangle with Lion Motif
Originally dating back to the early 1800s, featuring the marks of an oak leaf, spur rowel and a signature of parisina goldsmith Jean Baptiste Potot (Born 1751, died 1819)
The bangle was imported into the UK in the 20th century and features the London import hallmark also.
The lions are set with natural brilliant cut diamonds and have cabochon sapphire eyes
The quality of the Head tooling is impeccable, the gold tongue of the lion is so well made and tooled, the quality will not fail to impress.
Face of lions is wide 12.7mm wide and a 13.3mm rise
Condition:
Amazing condition, no damage!
Ultrasonically cleaned.
Materials:
(marked and tested as such)
Total weight= 50.2 grams
Size:
60mm wide so ideal for a medium to large wrist size.
There is also a sping mechanism which allows easy on and off removal.
