The ring is fully wearable however there is no guarantee on the longevity of the opal so this can not be guaranteed, therefore we have priced this accordingly to the diamond set shank which is a rare enough find on its own.
Opals can be resored and cracks filled with amalgam etc
Or the stone can be replaced with another opal or coral/turquoise etc, this is something the buyer would need to arrange.
If the ring was in perfect condition then it would cost two to three times the price due to the size.
Most rings can be made larger or smaller by your local goldsmith or jewellers.
