A beautiful 14ct rose gold vintage 4ct ruby ring.
This is set with a very well cut oval faceted synthetic (man made) ruby.
The style is very simplistic and suits all ages.
The stone has the same hardness and tests as a natural ruby on a gem tester but obviously due to the size, colour and clarity it is not an earth mined stone ( otherwise it would be worth a small fortune)
Marked for 14ct "583" purity gold and has been professionally tested as such also
This is of European origin due to the markings on the outside of the ring, possibly French.
Condition:
Ultrasonically cleaned and professionally re-polished
No damage and looks amazing
Materials:
14ct gold, marked on the outside of the shank and tested as such.
Created ruby, 12 x 8mm in size
